That’s where Sunset Realty’s Property Management program comes in. We provide regular, personalized monthly management services for owners and families in an easy bundled program which offers some key features, which are especially useful for lake homes, cabins, vacation properties and farms. We offer peace of mind so you know your property and any older adults living there are thriving. It’s the peace of mind only a Wisconsin state licensed real estate broker can provide.

For one small monthly investment, you can be sure your property will hold it’s value and that any problems or issues will be caught early before becoming a major financial headache.

Our service includes:

  • Monthly property check of each room and building on property for pests and problems

  • Inspection of LP tank level to maintain adequate supply

  • Visual inspection of major systems inside home including furnace, air conditioning, electrical outlets, plumbing, water softener, well pump etc.

  • Complimentary check in with older live in owners to guarantee safety and well being

  • *Digital technology support: In home internet, e-commerce, social media, electronic entertainment service

  • *Coordination, scheduling and in-person contact with contractors needed to repair any issues from our preferred list of licensed providers

  • Management and coordination of exterior services for grounds, lawns, flowers, landscaping and snow removal

  • Complimentary report of anything that may need attention sent to owner or designated contact

Property Management Fee Schedule:

Monthly Private Residential inspection fee: $120.00 billed electronically or by physical check monthly to Sunset Realty

Yearly Private Residential Inspection fee: $1200.00 billed as a one time payment to Sunset Realty

Commercial Property Management Rate: 9.5% of monthly rental agreement with lessee
